London premises research 2009

Commissioned through Development Trusts Association’s Capacity Builders Premises Sub-Group this research reviews progress since a report in 2007. As well as the report, it includes borough-by-borough profiles of current policy and practice, an extensive bibliography detailing council decisions and relevant reports, projects and policies and a list of borough and voluntary sector contacts.
